This easy 3-ingredient stir-fry sauce is the ultimate time-saver. It’s savory, slightly sweet, and makes any meat or veggie stir-fry taste like takeout. Just whisk, pour, and stir—it’s that easy!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Whisk Together:
    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and cornstarch until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add to Stir-Fry:
    Pour sauce into your hot stir-fry during the last few minutes of cooking.
    Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats your ingredients.

  3. Serve:
    Remove from heat and serve over rice, noodles, or as-is!
