    • 1 tsp matcha powder

  6. Cranberry Pistachio
    • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the base ingredients: rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Add the specific flavor ingredients for your chosen variation and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes before rolling.
  4. Place the energy balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
