Air Fryer Bananas are a quick, easy, and delicious treat with caramelized edges and a warm, soft center. Whether you’re making them for a healthy snack, dessert, or as a topping for oatmeal or ice cream, these bananas are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth in just minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced into ½-inch rounds or halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Ice cream

  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Granola

Instructions

1. Preheat Air Fryer:

  • Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 2-3 minutes.

2. Prepare Bananas:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  • Toss banana slices in the mixture until well coated.

3. Air Fry the Bananas:

  • Arrange the coated bananas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.

Notes

Extra Crispy: Cook for 8-10 minutes for more caramelization.
