  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  3. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  6. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • For extra juicy results, brine the chicken in salt water for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
  • Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking and ensure perfect doneness.
  • Great for slicing over salads, bowls, or sandwiches.
