Ingredients
Scale
2 cups frozen edamame in pods
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, toss the frozen edamame with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and chili flakes if using.
Place the seasoned edamame in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pods are slightly crisp and heated through.
Serve warm with extra sea salt if desired.
Notes
No need to thaw the edamame before air frying.
Try different seasonings like lemon pepper or soy sauce after cooking for variety.
Do not eat the pods—only the beans inside are edible.
