Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary).
  5. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Immediately toss hot fries with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if using.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
