Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Garlic Butter (For Serving):

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Steak

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).

Step 2: Air Fry the Steak Bites

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  3. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness:
    • Medium-Rare: 6 minutes (130°F)
    • Medium: 7 minutes (140°F)
    • Medium-Well: 8 minutes (150°F)

Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter & Serve

  1. While the steak bites cook, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  2. Once the steak bites are done, toss them in the garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or side dishes!

Notes

  • Best Steak Choices: Ribeye for tenderness, sirloin for a leaner option.
  • Crispier Steak Bites: Add an extra minute for a slightly crispier crust.
  • Make it Spicy: Add ½ tsp cayenne pepper or a drizzle of hot sauce.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
