Air Fryer Nachos are a quick and crispy take on a classic favorite, made with layers of tortilla chips, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a speedy snack, game day, or a fun weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Fresh cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  2. In a heat-safe air fryer pan or foil-lined basket, layer half the tortilla chips, cheese, and desired toppings. Repeat with remaining chips and toppings.
  3. Air fry at 350°F for 4–6 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and edges of chips are crisp.
  4. Carefully remove from air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
  5. Top with fresh cilantro, sour cream, salsa, or guacamole as desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use parchment liners or foil to prevent cheese from sticking to the air fryer basket.
  • Customize with your favorite nacho toppings like beans, corn, or hot sauce.
  • Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
