These Air Fryer Pepperoni Rolls are a quick and easy snack or appetizer. Loaded with gooey cheese and spicy pepperoni, they’re wrapped in pizza dough and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer. Perfect for game day, after-school snacks, or a fun dinner option!
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
20–24 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and layer 5–6 pepperoni slices in the center of each rectangle.
Roll up each piece, tucking in the sides, and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
You can swap in turkey pepperoni or a mix of cheeses.
Great for freezing! Cook, cool, and freeze. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–6 minutes.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
