1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
No need to peel the potatoes—just wash and halve them.
Adjust seasonings to taste or try other herbs like thyme or oregano.
