American Flag Fruit Pizza is a festive and refreshing dessert made with a soft sugar cookie crust, creamy frosting, and fresh fruits arranged to resemble the American flag, perfect for patriotic holidays.

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced bananas (or raspberries as an alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into the baking sheet to form a crust. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange blueberries in the top left corner to form the “stars” portion of the flag.
  6. Create alternating rows of strawberries and bananas (or raspberries) to resemble the flag’s stripes.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Make just before serving or brush bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Use a homemade sugar cookie dough if preferred.
  • Best served chilled for a firmer texture and vibrant presentation.
