8 oz noodles (ramen, lo mein, or spaghetti)
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine.
Simmer the sauce and beef mixture for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative to beef.
Add vegetables like shredded carrots, bell peppers, or snap peas for more nutrition.
