This Autumn Trail Mix is the perfect sweet and salty snack for fall. It’s packed with seasonal flavors like cinnamon-spiced nuts, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and candy corn. Great for lunchboxes, parties, or cozy movie nights.

  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup candy corn

  • 1 cup mini pretzels

  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar almonds

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or M&M’s (fall-colored, if available)

  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apples

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, candy corn, mini pretzels, cinnamon sugar almonds, chocolate chips, and chopped dried apples.

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add ingredients like dried cherries, yogurt-covered raisins, or sunflower seeds.

  • Make it nut-free by using sunflower seeds instead of almonds.
