  • 2 large eggs (fried, poached, or scrambled)
  • ½ teaspoon butter or olive oil (for cooking eggs)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Avocado Mash

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Bacon

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Step 3: Toast the Bread

  1. Toast bread slices in a toaster or in a skillet with a little butter or olive oil until golden and crispy.
