For the Zesty Lime Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (optional, for extra depth)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and cumin until well combined.

Step 2: Assemble the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, gently toss together avocado, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and cilantro.

Step 3: Dress & Serve

 

  1. Drizzle the zesty lime dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
