Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are a quick and flavorful appetizer or snack. With creamy ranch-flavored filling, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese rolled up in a soft tortilla, they’re perfect for parties, game days, or meal prep!

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz or 28 g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.

2. Assemble the Pinwheels:

  • Spread an even layer of the filling over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly into logs.

3. Chill:

  • Wrap each tortilla log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

4. Slice and Serve:

  • Remove the plastic wrap and slice the tortilla logs into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For variety, add diced jalapeños, chopped fresh parsley, or diced red bell pepper to the filling.
  • These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
  • Use whole wheat or spinach tortillas for a colorful twist.
