10–12 slices bacon, cut in half
1 tablespoonolive oil
½ teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonsmoked paprika

Instructions
1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim & Season: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
Season: In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Wrap with Bacon
Wrap & Secure: Wrap each Brussels sprout with half a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
3. Grill the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (375–400°F) and lightly oil the grates.
Grill: Place bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts on the grill. Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy and sprouts are tender.
Drizzle (Optional): Brush with maple syrup or balsamic glaze in the last 5 minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
