This Baileys Espresso Martini is a rich, creamy cocktail with the bold kick of espresso and the smooth sweetness of Baileys Irish Cream. It’s a perfect after-dinner drink or festive cocktail that comes together in minutes with just a few ingredients.
2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz vodka
1 oz freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee), cooled
1/2 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
Ice cubes
Coffee beans (for garnish, optional)
Brew your espresso and let it cool for a few minutes.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Baileys, vodka, cooled espresso, and coffee liqueur to the shaker.
Shake well for about 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold and frothy.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top for a classic finish (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Use decaf espresso if you want to cut the caffeine but still enjoy the flavor.
