Baked Boursin Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish made by roasting Boursin cheese with cherry tomatoes and garlic, then tossing it all with pasta for a quick and elegant meal.

  • 1 box (8 oz) Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the Boursin cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes and garlic.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes are blistered and the cheese is soft and golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir everything together to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to the dish, stirring until well combined and coated.
  8. Top with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any flavor of Boursin, such as garlic & fine herbs or shallot & chive.
  • Add spinach, roasted veggies, or cooked chicken for extra protein and nutrition.
  • Can be made gluten-free with gluten-free pasta.
