This baked brie with honey is warm, gooey, and irresistibly delicious! Perfect for holiday gatherings, date nights, or as an elegant appetizer, it pairs beautifully with crackers, fruit, and nuts.

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Brie:

    • Place the Brie wheel on the baking sheet. You can score the top with a knife for better honey absorption (optional).
  3. Bake the Brie:

    • Bake for 12-15 minutes until soft and gooey inside.
  4. Add Honey & Toppings:

    • Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
    • Sprinkle with chopped nuts, cinnamon, and fresh thyme or rosemary (if using).
  5. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fruit.

Notes

  • For a flaky twist, wrap the Brie in puff pastry and bake for an extra 10 minutes until golden.
  • Add a sweet touch with dried cranberries or fig jam.

 

  • Want it extra gooey? Bake for 15-18 minutes but watch closely so it doesn’t burst.
