  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

For the Caramel Apple Topping:

  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling

For Serving:

  • Graham crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Apple slices
  • Pretzels

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Layer

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.

3️⃣ Caramelize the Apples

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon, cooking for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Stir in caramel sauce, then remove from heat.

4️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  • Spoon the caramelized apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until warm and bubbly.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
