- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the yogurt marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes (or refrigerate for up to 8 hours).
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

- Marinating longer will enhance the flavor even more.
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for richer flavor and moisture.
