Succulent lobster tails baked to perfection and drizzled with a rich garlic butter sauce, making an elegant and easy seafood dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (56 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to the tail, then gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm.
  6. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake; lobster cooks quickly and can become rubbery.
  • Use clarified butter for a cleaner garlic butter sauce.
  • Pair with a light white wine or a side of steamed vegetables.
