Ingredients
Scale
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Toss or rub to coat all sides.
Place chicken thighs skin-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35–45 minutes or until the skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Broil for 2–3 minutes if extra crispy skin is desired.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For boneless thighs, reduce cooking time by 10–15 minutes.
Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
