- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 lemon slices
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Top each fillet with a lemon slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best flavor, but frozen (thawed) works well too.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a side salad.
- Adjust baking time depending on thickness of the fillets.
