  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
