  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 810 wooden skewers, soaked in water (if grilling or baking)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

  2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers evenly.
  4. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, or bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. While chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl to make bang bang sauce.
  6. Brush or toss the cooked chicken skewers with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
