This BBQ Chicken Dip is a hot, bubbly appetizer that combines tender shredded chicken, tangy barbecue sauce, creamy cheese, and a touch of ranch. It’s baked to golden perfection and served with chips or crackers—perfect for dipping and devouring!
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
½ cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
½ cup ranch dressing
1½ cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Optional toppings: sliced green onions, drizzle of extra BBQ sauce
For serving: tortilla chips, crackers, sliced baguette, or veggie sticks
Preheat oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix base:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
