Ingredients

Scale

For the Smoothie Base:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 frozen banana (adds natural sweetness and creaminess!)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk, adjust for consistency)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (adds a smooth, dessert-like flavor!)

For the Toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced into hearts ❤️
  • Fresh raspberries or blueberries
  • Granola or crushed nuts (for crunch!)
  • Chia seeds or shredded coconut (for extra texture and nutrition!)
  • Dark chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (for a sweet Valentine’s touch!)
  • Drizzle of honey or melted white chocolate (optional but delicious!)

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Smoothie Base

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick—it should be the consistency of soft-serve ice cream.
  3. If needed, add a little more milk 1 tbsp at a time until desired thickness is reached.

Step 2: Assemble the Smoothie Bowl

  1. Pour the smoothie into two small or one large bowl.
  2. Arrange heart-shaped strawberry slices, fresh berries, granola, and other toppings on top.
  3. Drizzle with honey or melted chocolate for extra sweetness.

Step 3: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy your Valentine’s-inspired berry bliss!

Serving Suggestions

  • Make it protein-packed! Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder before blending.
  • Turn it into a parfait! Layer smoothie with granola and yogurt in a glass.
  • Freeze leftovers into popsicles! Pour into molds and freeze for a cold treat.

Notes

  • Want a thicker smoothie? Use less milk or add ½ cup frozen cauliflower (you won’t taste it!).
  • Lighter option? Skip the honey and use just the fruit’s natural sweetness.
  • More texture? Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flaxseeds before blending.
  • Chocolate lover? Mix in 1 tbsp cocoa powder for a berry-chocolate twist!
