Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over both sides of the tortillas.
  3. Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Let cool.
  5. Arrange chips on a large serving platter. Top with berries, drizzled chocolate, and dollops of whipped cream.
  6. Add additional toppings like ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Tortilla chips can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for 1–2 days.
  • Use white or dark chocolate drizzle based on your preference.
