Berry Fruit Salad is a vibrant and refreshing mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, lightly sweetened with a honey-lime dressing. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the berries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the berries.
  4. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly without crushing the berries.
  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Serve immediately or within a few hours for best freshness.
  • You can add mint leaves for an extra fresh touch.
