Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and beat until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
