Ingredients
Scale
1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing (or Big Mac-style sauce)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). If using raw dough, roll out and pre-bake for 5–7 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
Spread Thousand Island dressing over the pizza crust as the base sauce.
Evenly distribute cooked ground beef over the sauce.
Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Sprinkle chopped onions and sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Remove from oven and top with chopped pickles and shredded lettuce before serving.
Notes
Add more dressing as a drizzle on top for extra flavor.
Use a homemade burger sauce for a more authentic Big Mac taste.
