Big Mac Sliders are mini burgers inspired by the classic fast-food favorite, featuring layers of seasoned beef, melted cheese, pickles, and Big Mac sauce on slider buns — perfect for parties or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • For the Big Mac sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp French dressing
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Press ground beef into a thin, even layer on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  4. Slice slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Layer with cooked beef, cheese slices, diced pickles, minced onion, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Add top buns.
  6. Optional: Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra flavor.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 2–3 more minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with shredded lettuce, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can cook the beef in a skillet if you prefer, forming it into a rectangle to fit the buns.
  • Customize with extra toppings like jalapeños or tomato slices.
  • Sliders can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
