Blackstone Breakfast Sandwiches are hearty, griddled breakfast creations made with eggs, bacon or sausage, and melty cheese layered on toasted buns, all cooked to perfection on a Blackstone griddle.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon or 4 sausage patties
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 English muffins or sandwich buns, split
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced avocado, tomato, or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage patties on the griddle until fully cooked and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Crack eggs onto the griddle. Use a ring mold for uniform size if desired. Cook to your preferred doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Toast the English muffins or sandwich buns on the griddle with a little butter until golden brown.
  5. Place a slice of cheese over each egg to melt slightly.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches: place the egg with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun, top with bacon or sausage, and any optional toppings. Finish with the top bun.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
