This Blackstone steak udon is a mouthwatering stir-fry featuring tender steak, chewy udon noodles, and a savory, umami-rich sauce. Cooked on a hot Blackstone griddle, it delivers the perfect sear and caramelization for a restaurant-quality dish at home!
Preheat the Blackstone: Heat your griddle to medium-high heat (400°F) and drizzle with vegetable oil.
