This Blueberry and Vanilla Cheesecake Fluff is a creamy, dreamy, and fruity no-bake dessert, perfect for potlucks, summer gatherings, or a quick sweet treat! Made with whipped cream, cheesecake pudding, and juicy blueberries, it’s light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor.

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix (or vanilla pudding mix)
  • 1 cup cold milk (for the pudding mix)
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (for crunch, optional)
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds or white chocolate chips (optional, for extra texture!)

For Garnish:

  • Extra blueberries
  • Whipped cream
  • Drizzle of honey or blueberry syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pudding Base

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

Step 2: Make the Fluff Mixture

  1. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip, followed by the pudding mixture.

Step 3: Add the Blueberries & Crunch

  1. Gently fold in blueberries, being careful not to smash them.
  2. Stir in crushed graham crackers and almonds/white chocolate chips if using.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  2. Before serving, top with extra blueberries, whipped cream, and a drizzle of honey or blueberry syrup.
