Ingredients
Scale
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 tbsp blueberry jam (optional, for glaze)
1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto the pan in a circle about 12 inches wide.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Top with fresh blueberries. Warm blueberry jam slightly and drizzle over berries for extra shine, if desired.
Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving, if using. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Try adding other berries or sliced fruit for variety.
