Ingredients

  • 8 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 lime (cut into wedges)
  • 2 tsp sugar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 oz white rum (or more for a stronger drink)
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda or sparkling water (to top off the drink)

For Garnish:

  • Lime slices
  • Mint sprigs
  • Extra blueberries

Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Blueberries & Mint

  1. In a sturdy glass, add blueberries, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar (or simple syrup).
  2. Use a muddler or spoon to gently mash everything together until the blueberries release their juices.

Step 2: Add Rum & Ice

  1. Pour in white rum and stir to combine.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Step 3: Top with Club Soda & Garnish

  1. Pour club soda or sparkling water over the top.
  2. Stir gently and garnish with extra blueberries, lime slices, and a sprig of mint.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
