Boozy Cherry Bombs are juicy maraschino cherries soaked in alcohol, then dipped in white chocolate and coated with festive sprinkles for a fun, adults-only party treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries with stems, drained
  • 1/2 cup vodka or other preferred liquor
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Place drained cherries in a small bowl and pour vodka over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for stronger flavor.
  2. Drain cherries and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each cherry two-thirds of the way into the melted chocolate, then immediately into the sprinkles.
  5. Place dipped cherries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • Dry cherries well before dipping to help chocolate adhere.
  • Use flavored vodka like vanilla or cherry for a fun twist.
  • Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
