Boshamps True Alabama Feta Cheese Dip is a creamy, tangy, and savory Southern-style dip featuring feta cheese, cream cheese, roasted red peppers, and garlic—perfect for serving with warm pita or crusty bread.

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Warm pita bread or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix or beat until mostly smooth, leaving some texture.
  2. Add the roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  5. Serve with warm pita bread, crackers, or baguette slices.

Notes

  • Let dip sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
  • Can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
