Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pull Apart Bread is a cheesy, spicy, and shareable appetizer made with shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and ranch, stuffed into buttery biscuit dough, and baked until golden. It’s perfect for game day or party snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Add to the chicken mixture along with cheddar cheese and green onions. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  6. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a plate or serving directly from the baking dish. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to match spice preference.
  • Mozzarella or Monterey Jack can be used instead of cheddar.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
