A rich and creamy chocolate fudge loaded with mini Cadbury eggs for a festive and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini Cadbury eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in about 1 cup of chopped mini Cadbury eggs.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped mini Cadbury eggs on top and gently press them in.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Use milk chocolate chips for a sweeter version.
  • Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
