- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini Cadbury eggs, chopped
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in about 1 cup of chopped mini Cadbury eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chopped mini Cadbury eggs on top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
