  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Extra whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of 4-6 small cups or jars. Press lightly to form the crust.

Step 2: Make the Apple Filling

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft and caramelized.

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  1. Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
