These Caramel Cheesecake Nutella Brownies combine fudgy chocolate brownies with a luscious cheesecake swirl, drizzled with caramel and Nutella. Perfect for when you want an extra-special treat!

Ingredients

For the Brownie Base
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
For the Cheesecake Swirl
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Caramel & Nutella Topping

  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup Nutella, warmed slightly for easy drizzling

Instructions

Make the Brownie Batter
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Make the Cheesecake Swirl
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Assemble the Brownies
  1. Pour ¾ of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in dollops.
  3. Add the remaining brownie batter on top in dollops, then use a knife to swirl the cheesecake and brownie layers together.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce and Nutella over the top. Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl them into the batter.
Bake
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing.
Serving & Storage

  • Serve at room temperature or slightly warmed for gooey texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder in the brownie batter.
  • Warm the Nutella slightly before drizzling to make it easier to swirl.
  • If you love salted caramel, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top before baking!
