This Carrabba’s Bread Dipping Oil is a flavorful blend of herbs, garlic, and olive oil—just like the one served at the restaurant! Perfect for dipping warm bread, drizzling over pasta, or even as a marinade, this simple and delicious oil will bring restaurant-quality flavor to your home kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary (crushed)
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 loaf crusty Italian or French bread, for serving

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Herb Blend

  1. In a small bowl, mix together oregano, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese (if using).
