This Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Dip is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with tender chicken. Perfect for parties, game days, or any gathering, this dip combines the flavors of classic Alfredo sauce with melty cheese for an indulgent appetizer everyone will love.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Crackers, bread, or veggies for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Dip Mixture:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, ½ cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken until evenly distributed.

Assemble the Dip:

  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch pie dish or an oven-safe skillet. Spread it out evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake the Dip:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. For a golden top, switch to broil for the last 2–3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.

Serve:

  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with crackers, bread, or veggies for dipping.
