1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and any optional ingredients like ham, sausage, peppers, or green onions.
