A simple and satisfying breakfast or brunch casserole loaded with fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and your choice of vegetables or meats – perfect for feeding a crowd.

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and any optional ingredients like ham, sausage, peppers, or green onions.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
