1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
Add frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and optional sweetener and vanilla to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until well combined.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
