This Cherry Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious drink made with frozen cherries, banana, and yogurt. It’s naturally sweet, creamy, and perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and optional sweetener and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
