Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
  5. Serve immediately or chill briefly for enhanced flavor.
